What we collect
Website. This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Screening requests. When you use Mizan through an AI assistant, we receive the request needed to answer it, such as a stock ticker or a list of holdings. We use it only to produce your answer. We do not ask for your name, account numbers or brokerage login, and we do not sell or share request data with third parties.
Email. If you email us, we keep your message and address to reply and to handle your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Screening requests are kept only as long as needed to answer them and to keep the service running and secure, and no longer than 30 days. Emails are kept for as long as the conversation needs, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@askmizan.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

If this policy changes we will update the date above.
